RELEVENT EXPERIENCE

Providing technical and database support to the Army Evaluation Command (AEC) for the testing of Joint Force Protection Advanced Security System (JFPASS). Working with the product developer and building test harnesses for the application suite to collect technical data during testing. Developing a reporting database to provide traceability and reporting on performance data.

Provided Network Operations analysis and evaluation support to AEC during Secure Enroute Communication Package-Improved (SECOMP-I) testing. Ensured that the impact of changes to the system under test were properly understood, documented and accounted for during the evaluation. Reconfigured the SECOMP-I before the operational test so that it could connect to the SIPR Network and users could access resources over the SIPR Network. Provided database support for AEC to convert test record conversion from a level two db to a full-fledged ACCESS-based analysis tool suite from which the AEC evaluators could conduct detailed assessment activities.

Provided technical expertise to the Hill Country Transit District, TX during the Request for Proposal and selection phase for a two million dollar upgrade to the route management information system. Acted as the technical expert on the selection board and as the implementation team lead during the sixteen month project. Worked with the selection board to select a full time information systems manager to maintain the system after deployment.

Provided support to AEC during the testing of JNN by providing expert advice and programming assistance during the collection of voice-over-Internet Protocol packets for analysis. Decomposed the data collected into reports.

Provided network engineering support to the Operational Testing Command during ABCS Block IV testing. Created a secure local area network for classified information for testers to use during the test. Designed and built a client-server application for the management of performance data that enabled records to be securely viewed and edited in real-time by appropriate users while preventing unauthorized access. 

Developed the STARS system for Fort Hood and III Corps. STARS is used to manage and report on the requisition and expenditures of all training ammunition for III Corps.

Developed custom Microsoft Project extensions for III Corps G-3.

Developed and conducted training on Microsoft Project 2003 Professional and Server for III Corps and for the Combat Testing Support Facility at Fort Hood. Assisted CTSF engineers in installing and configuring their MS Project Server environment.

Designed, engineered and implemented forty networks for businesses in Central Texas. Networks ranged from single site, single domain networks to multi-site, multiple-domain networks with mail, web and custom application services.
